Here are some of the mental health resources available to be offered to employees who are dealing with stress during a pandemic:
EAP - Access to an Employee & Family Assistance Program. Check with your advisor what EAP, if available, is set up for employees and their families.
Use your benefits allowance within the plan towards any psychologist, social worker, psychotherapist or other therapy councillor.
