The COVID-19 virus is dominating the news cycle, and it must also be dominating your personal and professional conversations The Employee Benefits Company is no different; we are actively implementing our response to this situation while operating in an environment of considerable uncertainty.
We wanted to take the opportunity to reach out to our clients to make them aware that we have tools in place to continue to serve you during uncertain times and provide some peace of mind. If you have concerns about face to face interaction, we have technology that will allow us to continue to serve you and still provide you with the exceptional service you expect. As always, we welcome your calls.
The technology systems we have in place and use to serve our clients are robust and can be easily and securely accessed, regardless of where we or our clients are working.
We assure you that our commitment to our clients and communities remains strong and focused and we will continue to serve you with the personal attention you are used to.
We recognize that many of our clients will have questions about how this impacts their benefit plans for their employees. We will remain available to answer any questions and will continue to provide updates to you through the use of our newsletter for the time being.
If your plan includes an Employee Assistance Plan, we encourage you to remind staff that the program is available to provide support to employees and their families during these challenging times.
We are reminding all of our clients that we are available to discuss adding Employee Assistance Plans and Virtual Healthcare to your existing programs.
